Noha currently serves as the Director, Office of Internal Communications at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). She leads the development, management and improvement of a number of agency-wide efforts to strengthen employee engagement, improve internal communication and build a more collaborative, innovative and high performing organization. This includes: innovative talent development, deployment and retention through the One EPA Skills Marketplace Program, enterprise collaboration and knowledge management through SharePoint Online and employee engagement and collaborative innovation through the EPA GreenSpark program. Noha is also the co-lead for GovConnect, an initiative under the President’s Second Term Management Agenda. She also founded and led (2006-2011) the EPA Emerging Leaders Network (ELN), an EPA employee organization that works to provide networking and professional development opportunities for EPA’s future leaders.
