Megan Huss is the Director of the Process & Performance Improvement Program (PPIP) in the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Megan established PPIP in 2018 and leads the development of process and performance improvement capabilities in public sector organizations through trainings, workshops, and project-based learning initiatives that support utilizing data to transform government processes, shifting from low-value to high-value work, and uncovering root causes of complex challenges. Megan has held many leadership roles during her 15 years with OPM HR Solutions in Organizational Change & Transformation; Workforce & Succession Management; Strategy & Business Planning; as well as Operations Management. Megan holds a B.A. and M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
