Jenn Noinaj, Design Strategist and President at Technologists for the Public Good

Jenn Noinaj is a human-centered design leader with expertise in digital product development, change management, and organizational strategy. She is currently the President of Technologists for the Public Good, a professional association for people reimagining how the government serves the public through data, design, and technology, and is part of the Service Delivery team at the General Services Administration (GSA) where she partners with teams to build out their capacity in research, design, and delivering digital solutions. Additionally, she teaches a class on visualizing data and information design at Parsons School of Design.

Previously, Jenn was a fellow at the Beeck Center at Georgetown University where she focused on understanding the needs of the public interest technology workforce and identified solutions to make the field more inclusive. Before that, she worked in the federal government at the US Digital Service where she worked with various agencies to transform digital services and championed a people-centered culture. She has also worked in the private sector where she helped teams shape the strategy and vision of their products and specialized in user research and service design.
