Miguel Joey Aviles is a TEDx speaker, author, and award-winning D&I strategist. He is a change-maker with firsthand experience in the development of programs and initiatives that strengthen the systems, by which organizations recruit, engage and retain a diverse workforce. He leads Recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement and Retention portfolios for a national US Federal Agency with over 10,000 employees. Miguel is also the immediate past President of Young Government Leaders, a non-profit organization with over 12,000 members.
