Gráinne Sibley is a Strategic Organizational Facilitator with over 18 years assisting national security stakeholders. Ms. Sibley has held a variety of tactical, strategic, and operational positions throughout her career. Her work across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense informs her value-added, results-oriented approach. Ms. Sibley holds a BA in Political Science and German from the College of William and Mary, an MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason, and a Master’s Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She is International Coach Federation/ACC certified and certified in several 360 and personality assessment tools.
