Virginia Hill is a Program Manager for customized leadership programs at the Partnership for Public Service. In this role, Ginny designs and delivers programs for supervisors and emerging leaders around topics such as communication, leading teams, and emotional intelligence. She’s certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), EQ-360 emotional intelligence assessment, and Crucial Conversations.
Before joining the Partnership, Ginny spent more than 7 years in public service at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), first as a Presidential Management Fellow and later in the NIH Office of Human Resources. She also served as President of Young Government Leaders (YGL) from 2013-2015 and is still involved with the YGL Advisory Board and GovLoop’s NextGen conference.
Ginny earned her Master of Social Work from LSU and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois. Outside of work, Ginny is a certified meditation teacher, and she is the lead singer of a local DC band.
