Biography
Shaun currently serves as the Program Information Assurance Manager with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense Information System for Security (DISS) Family of Systems (FoS) acquisition. The DISS program mission is to support the reform of Security and Suitability processes as well as support HSPD-12 compliance across the Defense Department in order to improve timeliness, reciprocity, quality and cost efficiencies through the design and implementation of a secure, end-to-end IT system. In this capacity, he’s developed and maintains a system level Information Assurance (IA) program which drives IA acquisition strategy, architecture, requirements, policies, processes and procedures. Additionally, he manages the cost, scope and schedule of specific systems and components within the DISS FoS and coordinates with DoD and external stakeholders to develop requirements and deliver solutions.
