Scott Span, MSOD is President of Tolero Solutions, an Organizational Development and Change Management consulting firm. As an organization development practitioner, Scott specializes in developing people and organizations to be more responsive, focused, and effective, increasing productivity and profitability to facilitate sustainable growth. He successfully delivers a broad array of organizational improvement solutions to staff teams, individuals, and organizations. Scott delivers results through assessing client objectives and organizational culture and implementing customized improvement solutions. His strategies and solutions have not only helped achieve desired goals, but have also increased personal growth and development, leading to a more efficient and effective work environment with increased return on investment.
Prior to forming Tolero Solutions, Scott worked at several consulting firms of various sizes in both the public and private sector, including Accenture, where he worked as both an external consultant with the global Organization and Change Management practice and for Careers, Performance, Rewards and Engagement, where he helped to design a global firm-wide recruitment, retention, and engagement strategy – developing the organizations’ employee value proposition. He is an author and speaker on various topics of organizational development and the creator of the Recruitment and Retention Lifecycle. He holds a Masters in Organizational Development (MSOD) from American University and the NTL Institute. He is also certified in the FIRO-B behavior instrument powered by The Human Element. Additionally he holds Process Mapping and Balanced Scorecard Certifications. Scott also holds an active government security clearance.
