Biography
Dennis is the Client Performance Analyst for GovDelivery, the leading provider of government-to-citizen communications solutions with more than 500 public sector clients worldwide. He is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide actionable analyses and business intelligence that drives decisions regarding client performance improvements and ROI, outreach strategies, marketing, and high-level business insights. In previous positions, Dennis has analyzed big and small data from Westlaw.com customer usage to congressional legislation through a National Science Foundation grant. He is passionate about data analysis and the power found within its uses – no matter what size the data might be.
