Biography
Andreas serves the City of Richmond, Virginia as a Civic Innovator for the Internal Consultant Team focusing on applying best practices from around the country into internal operations and service delivery. As a Civic Innovator, Andreas works with the Chief Administrative Officer and city leadership to develop strategies, projects and programs that build Richmond into a “Tier One City”. Currently, Andreas is pursuing his MBA at the University of Richmond. His studies have taken him to Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Argentina, South Africa and Russia. This followed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech where he studied Political Science, focusing on International Relations and Pre-law.
